Having sprinkled a hole in the end under the rod of an eccentric, we drill on a machine or a drill in a rack of a cup with a diameter of 15 mm. The center of the cup is settled from the edge by 34 mm. Previously, you need to configure the machine to a given depth of drilling and the indentation from the edge using an eccentric.
Having combined the rack and the trumped on the rear edge, we mark the position of the holes for the rods and drill them to a given depth. We wrap the rods in the peak and plane of the shelves. The box is installed on cins with a diameter of 6 mm.
Collect drying. First, we fix all the horizontal elements on one rack. The mesh pallets had their full-time fasteners, but they were drowned somewhere. Then, by a little simplifying the structure, we perform in the racks a hole with a diameter of 5 mm for wire ledges. Put the second rack and tighten the eccentric. A wire pipe is visible below, and behind the place where the gas pipe will pass.
Soon there were also full -time elements of mounting pallets. They are made so that the width of the dryer body is equal to a given standard of kitchen cabinets in our case 450 mm. Without them, the width came out a little less, which is preferable for this kitchen, since gas pipes with valves pass on both sides of the cabinet.
It remains to fix the back wall.
But the visor has not yet been installed. This is done for a reason, because the loops of the unusual door are worn on top, and the trump card will interfere with this.
“Venerial” loops, although they look original, are very difficult to install. It is necessary to drill holes strictly at right angles. The adjustment of the loops is also not simple parts can only be wrapped/unscrewed to a multiple of revolutions. Small deviations for example, slope of the holes cannot be eliminated! So if you decide to put the “Violent” loops, then first practice scraps. Not sure of your capabilities, better put ordinary furniture.
By the way, there are elite versions of the “Vlener” loops made in Spain. They are much more expensive than ordinary furniture about 170 rubles apiece, but they look very impressive. Furniture with similar loops at least to the museum!

We wrap part of the loop using a lever. The reciprocal parts of the loops are installed on the door, and we will put the supporting parts of. To facilitate this task, we make a template.
In the right places we drill holes. We wrap the supporting parts of the loops. We put on the door, it may require adjustment. And only then put the visor and tighten the eccentric.

The second cabinet will be located above the countertop, the width of which is 400 mm. Therefore, his depth is small only 200 mm. Below is a shelf for spices and kitchen relief.
We collect the cabinet on eccentric screeds, like drying. We drill a cup under them 92 on the shelves and on top of the racks for fastening the visor. On the racks, mark the installation sites. Plow holes and wrap the rods.
A shelf for spices and its fence we fasten on doughs. There are also your fasteners for the relings.

We fasten the back wall. It is better to connect a shelf for spices with the racks also with self -tapping screws from behind, in this way.
And the visor has not yet been fixed. It needs to be set after installing doors on the “Venna” loops.
