Overhaul begins with the complete cleaning of the room from furniture and other things, as well as the dismantling of dilapidated walls or walls requiring the transfer of walls – just not carrying! The redevelopment is not always present in major repairs. As a rule, it is enough to dismantle old doors, windows or partitions, as well as removing the initial coating from the ceiling, floor and walls. This is a very “plague” repair stage.
The new windows are set first of all, since during the repair a sharp temperature difference must be avoided. Be sure to protect windows and window sills from damage using a plastic film.
The next stage is the installation of electrical wiring in the walls (or along the walls) or on the floor.
Mainage work is going on after the installation of the wiring. Often, while carrying out such work, it happens that the workers forgot to lay one or two cables, and the malyars have already plastered the walls. As a result, you have to carry out additional work.
Maintenance lasts longer than everyone else, so it is better to carry them out at once in all rooms, if possible. The duration of the work, as a rule, is due to the fact that each placed layer of gypsum must be completely dry before the repair of apartments is continued.
Work in the bathroom and the kitchen relate to “dirty work” and begin them simultaneously with painting work.
Further decoration of apartments begins with the process of filling the floors either with the help of a cement-sand mixture, or using self-leveling mixtures. The advantage of a simple mixture is its cheapness, the drawback is that such a mixture is difficult to align in level and completely dries in 40 days, for this period and further work is postponed. Burning self -fulfilling floors are more expensive, but they dry only 15 days and work with them is easier.
After pouring the floor, they start installing doors (taking into account the thickness of the future flooring). After the first “fitting” the door can be removed from the loops and forgot about them until the end of the repair (or not to remove, but, like windows, pack it in polyethylene). At the same time proceed to painting the ceiling and laying the tiles in the rooms, if it was planned.
If a laminate or parquet is laid on the rooms on the floor, then ordinary wallpapers (not for painting) are glued in the first place, and then the flooring is already placed.
If the plywood is flooring, then the floor is first covered with bitumen mastic, and sheets of plywood are already laid on it, fastened to the floor with self -tapping screws. Then you can start gluing wallpaper for painting.
If the floor covering is piece parquet, then it is laid and covered once with varnish, then glued wallpaper and parquet is covered with new layers of varnish (the number of layers depends on the quality of parquet and varnish)
On this, the main repairs can be considered completed.
