Currently, the rapidly vegetable hangars, which are a metal frame covered with a special film or mounted with facade panels, are currently popular. Such premises are used as warehouses, for production purposes, for the maintenance of cattle and other purposes.
The constantly growing demand for frame hangars is easy to explain, because such structures have several advantages over capital buildings, namely:
A small amount of time is spent on their construction, on average, no more than 4 weeks;
They do not require a capital foundation, which significantly reduces construction costs;
Such designs are fireproof and fireproof;
The weight of the structure is small, and since it is a team, transportation to the place of construction does not require any special conditions;
in comparison with the capital, the construction of rapidly vegetable hangars is much more economical than other structures;
There is a huge selection of facade panels.
The construction of hangars usually begins with the development of the project. After it is approved, the very procedure for building fast -in -law hangars begins.
The main stages of the construction of frame hangars
Stage 1. The foundation is filled. As already noted earlier, the rapidly gained hangars do not require a capital “centuries -old” foundation. As a rule, a point method is used.
Stage 2. A strong metal frame is installed, which is made in advance according to the approved design plan. Usually it consists of separate metal sections that are attached to the foundation.
Stage 3. The installation of facade panels is carried out. It is produced by the so -called “sandwich” panels. They are special multilayer panels made of insulation and protective layers. They are made from various material. The front side is of any color, galvanizing, insulation – from polystyrene foam, construction wool, polyurethane foam.
Such panels have a number of advantages:
beautiful, neat appearance;
high heat – and sound insulation;
refractory and moisture resistance;
exterior decoration is not required;
long -term operation;
Easily dismantled.
Stage 4. The inside of the hangar is mounted: partitions, racks are built, electricity is carried out, the ventilation, heating system, air conditioners and other necessary filling of the room are installed.
