During the construction of the house, you cannot avoid such a stage as the flooring of the floor. There are several basic technologies, following which it is possible to independently produce the flooring. Consider the simplest of these technologies.

You can do the same, that is, lay the floor boards on the floor, which will give the room a presentable and cozy appearance. This is done as follows. First you need to build the basis for the lags, which will subsequently be laid in the draft floor. The basis can be built in various ways. The best of them is the construction of brick support pillars. Such supports will stand without changing their properties for decades. In addition, screw piles can be used as supporting pillars, which can be installed relatively easily and, moreover, they have a long service life.
After the pillars are erected, lags are installed on them. At the same time, the lags are not just put on the top of the pillars, but laying down the waterproofing material under them, otherwise they will rot very quickly and you will have to repair the floor. It is most advisable in this case to use adjustable lags, that is, a material equipped with a special device that allows you to adjust the height of the location of the lag. This will greatly simplify the process of leveling the floor. Then the black floor is laid on the lags and the finish flooring is laid.
The Petrovsky Hotel, unlike the option considered above, is equipped with bulk floors, which also gave the hotel rooms proper appearance. Respectively and during the construction of the house, you can install such a floor covering. This method of creating floors will be most appropriate where the floor must be placed on the concrete base. To do this, a plastic film is spread on a concrete base, which is fixed along the perimeter of the room and poured with a specially designed construction mixture for this. The mixture is independent of it, and turn into a perfectly even surface. That is why such floors are also called self -leveling or bulk.
