The subsystem is a heater and a vapor barrier layer on which the supporting metal profile is installed, and the cladding is already attached to this profile with a small gap. Typically, mineral wool is used as a heater, it does not burn at all and in a dry state does not conduct heat well. Mineral wool passes, but does not absorb water at all, but it should be protected from getting wet.
For insulation of facades, it is convenient to use mats made of mineral wool, because insulation must be performed in at least two layers with overlap in order to avoid the penetration of cold air into the gaps between the mats. The mats are attached to the wall with the help of special fiberglass dowels that are not corroded and perfectly withstand a large load from the insulation. The insulation layer is covered with a vapor barrier cloth that does not pass moisture from the air gap directly into mats, but at the same time it removes all its excesses from them. Excess moisture form from the penetration of water vapor from the walls.
A metal profile is mounted on top of the insulation layer, to which facade cladding is attached. Since the cladding is waterproof, wet pairs coming from the walls and circulating in the air gap must be removed. To do this, cut out special ventilations in the cladding and closed with ventilation grilles. The facing material is attached to the profile with the help of stainless steel screws with press shabes. The facade of the building is always exposed to atmospheric precipitation, ordinary self -tapping screws in this case can simply rust. In the facing material, the head of the self -tapping screws is very slightly dumped and masked by a silicone sealant, specially selected as the color of the panels. Sealant, and process all the seams between the sheets of the cladding – so that moisture does not penetrate the facade.
